Hi @ShiningStar  I was trying not to be negative,  I didnt end up going through with it, paperwork put me off. Was prob depressed at time

System is confusing, there were 2 different webistes with slightly different details, the national one was out of date, need to find state one, they dont like answering the phone either, but worth persisting II guess.

I probably worked or something or got what I wanted some other way, else would have followed it up, just need to get on the system and give them what they ask for.

Also. Be careful. there are 2 differnt loans with 2 different sets of rules, one charges interest, but is available for a wider range of things, the interest free one has a lower limit but they lend a lower amount..
