Back wearing 'Fluffy', @outlander (my giant dressing gown, lol). Even if sleep is difficult, it sounds good that you at relax your body by being in bed. Are you listening to music? I have SBS chill radio on the TV. Relaxing.

I barely use my mobile, @outlander, so not in bed. I'm at my desktop computer. No worries if you need to log off. I am heading towards bed too. It's been lovely chatting with you again.

This is a very early morning hi, @CheerBear. I imagine you might be the first one here to wake today. Hope you have had some quality sleep.
I haven't slept overnight but I meditated for about 90 minutes in the armchair. Will try again in bed next. Hoping I will be able to wake up again later for at least some of the daylight hours.
Wonder what birds might be around at dawn for you. Hope you enjoy the sunrise.

Morning @CheerBear, @Mazarita, @outlander, @Sophia1, @eth, @Exoplanet, @Faith-and-Hope, @Appleblossom and all.
Glad you had some good sleep @CheerBear and are more positive about today with some good plans. I read your something that made you smile post and I’ve been thinking I might try art therapy or art through the organisation that I went on respite with.
@Exoplanet I’ve loved hearing your fencing stories and the things you’ve been doing. It always seems to make me smile.
@Mazarita I know things are still a bit wobbly for you. I hope today is a bit better.
I had had a win yesterday which I’m going to keep doing I think. I struggle with domestic chores too as you know. I get overwhelmed, lost in my head, distracted and then angry at myself for not achieving anything. Yesterday I tried setting my alarm every 15 minutes. 15 min housework then 15 min jigsaw puzzle. It worked so well. I was able to keep focus much better. I managed it for 4hours straight which is two hours of cleaning 😊. I have a sparkly kitchen and cleared off the dining table, vacuumed, cleaned toilet and bathroom. So today I’m feeling like I have achieved something for the first time in ages. Definitely going to do this again.
Today my plans include walking dog and maybe a trip to Bunnings. Feeling a little human again 😊.
I hope there is some good in your day 💜🤗

Good morning all @Teej @outlander @Mazarita @CheerBear @Sophia1 and anyone else passing by here today.
Teej yesterday sounds like it went really well. Hope today is as good for you.
Maz sounds like you made some progress on the domestics yesterday despite needing to nap on and off. Hope today you are feeling more refreshed.
Hope today is going well so far for everyone.
