Sorry to hear tonight is such a rough night for you, and its good to hear you are reaching out for support in a time of need. I wonder if Lifeline: 13 11 14 or Crisis Chat or even suicide call back service: 1300 659 467 or online counselling might be more of an immediate support for you right now.
