Safety plan.

Safety plan.

I am not thinking straight, I can't remember. There was some safety plan or something one could do to deal with suicidal thoughts. Where is it?  I'm ok at the moment but it's getting worse.

Hi @Lemonjuice
I use an app by beyond blue. I have it on my phone and it guides you through each step to make it. Ive always got my phone with me so it works well in that i can access it anytime

Re: Safety plan.

I saw it in passing the other day but I wasn't in the mood or focussed enough to read. Might take another look. Thanks.

Re: Safety plan.
