Managing when you can't get help

Re: Managing when you can't get help

I can suggest some things and you can choose whether you want to do them or not. Have you tried the original V* gel from the chemist for your neck and shoulder pain - assuming they don't conflict with your other medications? [edited by moderator]. A warm shower would also do the trick, or a heat pack. Basic pain relief will help with the sinus pain. If you've already tried the basics, then see the chemist for other types of meds you can try. If your stomach is all over the place then try having basic food like toast etc. and drink water to supplement what you've already lost. If you are not sure about your diet then talk to the chemist prior to seeing the GP.

Stressing about not being able to work won't help your neck-shoulder pain or your headaches, so I'd suggest trying ways to relax or distract yourself and don't think about work, even if it's only for a little while. I hope this helps.
