Just back home after the Holy Friday church service. I was in the Paschal choir this year and last year. Really enjoyed it .....

Dinner here is fasting fare - Vegan for today and tomorrow, then Resurrection Sunday is feasting on anything (and everything .... lol), and for the whole week afterwards.

Made a yummy salad tonight - mixed leaf greens, grated carrot, walnuts, red apple, green apple, spring onions, celery, parsley, pomegranate seeds ..,, disnt need a dressing.

I served it with boiled potatoes and giant butter beans.

Am I too early for the Friday Feast? I brought a plate, it's a Toblerone cheese cake! (sorry @Mazarita I know your not to fussed on sweets, I couldn't eat it either . . . but it look soooo good:) ) . . . and a topic -

What would you do if you won a million dollars?

Hey @Former-Member, I agree that cheesecake looks good. And, since it's cheesecake, I can forgive its chocolate sins. Yum, cheesecake. 

If I had a million dollars, I'd probably do the sensible thing and buy first of all a home. I'd want to give substantial gifts, possibly just money, to friends who live as tightly as I currently do and have no security, like me. Then I might travel, probably just to places in Australia I haven't seen and New Zealand. Some part of it would go on updating my media equipment so I could produce better videos when I got back. And I might get lots of massages! Does that add up to a million? I suppose I'd have to invest some for my superannuation-less future, if there was any left.
