Hi all,
yoghurt and fruit tonight. Had a late lunch, now a muscat and coffee. Worked hard today. Good outcome.

Turkish bread with red lentil kofta, truss tomato & green salad leaves is on the menu tonight....
I am vegan & all my iron, B12, vitamin etc. levels are all good - I do take a B12 supplement apx 3 times a week, as B12 is not found naturally in plant based foods anymore - it is a bacteria.
