Hi @Appleblossom! Good to see you. Wow - that's a whole mouthful of dental drama. It makes me wonder whether dentists should be a bit more active in cross referring patients when early signs like this appear. It took me many years before a dentist pointed out the impact of the tooth grinding. I might have sought MH help sooner had I been told earlier.
Hey what's allium free mean?

@Jacques I'm SO pleased to read that you're focusing on your wellbeing.
May I ask what things you are doing to look after your wellbeing? (or am I being too nosey )

Thanks @Former-Member I had a specialised rubber insert fitted for sleep but somehow lost it after a couple of years and did not feel like replacing it ... I saw mental health professionals ... way before this occurred ... I am mental health success story ... well limited success ... as there are many aspects to the somatisation of anxiety and stress.
One of the cooks does not like the taste of onion, garlic and chives ... they are from the Allium family ... whatever ... she cooked with my son ... so I am glad ... I eat anything ... no exclusions here ... mostly I cook .. but I asked them tonight ... and I appreciate it.
Glad to see you posting around the forum.

Aha, so that's the Allium family, @Appleblossom. Wondered whether it might have been. I have a bit of a "thing" with that family too. Started out that those things were tasting gross and kind of metallic, then they started to buurrn my stomach [apparently we aren't allowed to say "burrn my stomach" on this forum, lol, hence the intentional typos] and bloat me, so it's been bye bye to them for a while now. So now I'm really enjoying sharing our virtual minestrone. Thanks cook!
And, and thanks to you too for your kind comment.
