yeah I've got a few add-ons @greenpea , running out of money etc, but number one thing at moment is need to get house and yard a bit tidier if ever going to move, been here over 3years now and somethings falling apart that ok cant be my fault, but some landlord would blame me, have been worrying about this while it gets worse over last year, ie I've got too much time on my hands lol think need to to and work 1-2 weeks after get next cheque, to keep busy and to stop me worrying and to get money, then go back to exercising. I want to get disability provider thing sorted too, just sick of the thought of centrelink atm tho.

@TAB s have you seen a psychologist about helping you through all these things. It is alot to cope with when you are not feeling great. I think (what do I know but....) talking to some one like a counsellor could really help you. You could get the 10 free sessions through your gp. It just sounds like you are totally overwhelmed by everything you have to do and therefore end up being stuck.

@TAB s this is when you are meant to ask what makes me stuck? well it has taked me along time to figure it out ... but I belive I am stuck because I feel I have to be punished for my sins. I am stuck and just cannot move forward at this time anyway because I just want to hurt myself over and over again. Hopefully one day I will be able to get past it but not at the moment.

@TAB veterans is brilliant! please make sure you take advantage of every part of it. My neighbour has been fighting for hers as a widow of a veteran but there has been hiccups along the road in her getting the gold card.

doubt that i'll ever get gold card, its white and it comes with psych so long as you dont sue them lol @greenpea its white card. although thnking just now joining RSL is the way to go if trying to make a claim, at least am in system now, so can actually log in and see boxes for claims, but RSL is the way to go , been told plus they state as much

@TAB s yeah by all accounts they make it hard to get. Neighbour has been fighting for like 6 years for hers since husband died from war related injuries but they say not. So this poor 81 year old woman has to go to all these tribunals in major city when they are held to stand up for what she believes to be right. It is pretty tough.
