Hi @The-red-centaur  hope not interrupting and saw that you were pleased with cards, I don't understand what the cards do, but am glad you're pleased.

Not going for swim today @greenpea  cant feel stiffness/soreness had other day yet after getting up just now, will give it a few more days at least, I don;t want to still be sore doing it. No nothing planned, was feeling odd yesterday, like I'd already left here in a way, like what the f am I still doing in this place , anyway will try and have exercise 'time out' for as long as money lasts then take it from there

was supposed to go back to get follow up blood results but every time look at appointments online there isnt one for days , so just don't bother @greenpea

@TAB  I am stuck too. Stuck in this place. Reminds me of a bbc production called Bleak House. The lady of the manor looks out the window of her mansion into the rain and says "Bored of the rain, bored of this house, bored of my life" that about sums it up for me lol. Without the manor of course rofl
