@Ru-bee how did your art go? 

I have had an interesting day. I got a new care coordinator with mental health services. It kinda came out of left field and I feel lost. They interrupted my psychologist appointment to tell me. Hmmm.

I didn't get to do any painting in the end @The-red-centaur ! It was a busy weekend and I ended up spending my downtime knitting, but I kept thinking about painting. I'm wanting to finish off this painting I'm working on

Did you do any more painting over the weekend?

That sounds like this change was a bit out of the blue and must've been a bit jarring, especially coming in the middle of your psychologist appointment. Is the new care coordinator someone you know or have seen around, or are they completely new to you?

@Ru-bee that looks really cool. I didn't get to any one the weekend. I rested a lot. 

I don't know her. I have a meeting with her tomorrow to get to know her and how we will work together.

But it's come at a reasonable time considering. I'm in a transition period, so I don't mind when all the changes happen at once.

I've been kicked out my accommodation, I had 24hrs to move.

how are you holding up? have you been able to find an alternate accommodation?
