Good idea, GP, with getting into the exercise for weight loss. I haven't lost any weight on the new med yet but I've noticed my appetite is decreasing, a step in the right direction.

@The-red-centaur, sounds like a wild night there. Was raining here all night last night, love the sound of rain at night.

Yes, @greenpea, I ditched my dandelion afro. Changed to the new avatar within the hour of the new site coming online. I was the first person to post on the new forum (as if that's some achievment, lol).

@The-red-centaur, just saw your art in the other thread, really good. How come you don't do art any more?

@Mazarita thanks for liking my art. I had to quit my (voluntary) job in studio and never went back to art. I just can't bring myself to pick up a paintbrush. I know it's sad but I lost my passion.

It is sad that you lost your passion, @The-red-centaur. I hope it returns, whether for painting or for some other creative activity. Creativity is close to the centre of my life, has kept me half sane for decades (and added a bit of mostly good-crazy too).
