I have a new granddaughter but it's so upsetting I won't get to see her I'm so sad

It must be difficult knowing you have a new grand daughter but that you are not able to see her - yet.

I wonder if some added 1:1 counselling/peer support will be helpful for you?

Have you spoken to a doctor about how you feel? 

Also, were you able to connect to SANE Guided Service?
