Re: (not actually) Coping with things.

@Dimity I'm sorry you're having some bad nights. I hope you sleep well.

As for me, I don't think I'll be sleeping again. My head feels like it's on fire. I can't stop hearing things. I think harm would just be easier.

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.

Hugs @The-red-centaur sorry to hear things are bad. Has anything happened today?

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.

@Dimity existence happened.

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.

Hi @The-red-centaur

People do care red. While no one will fully understand such inner experiences, there is enough empathy, wisdom and support in these rooms from those that get your hurt, and rest assured, no one will leave you behind 🙂

It doesn't matter anymore

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.

@The-red-centaur I've sometimes found solace in poetry - reading it, that is, as I'm not good at expressing myself. Have you painted since being home?

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.

No

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.

Hopefully it will come @The-red-centaur  I didn't tell you but when you posted your painting of the Swan River I was reminded of a little painting my aunt did of looking over the Swan to the city skyline. Painted decades ago

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.

@The-red-centaur  Hoping today is a better day for you... 🤞

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.

Thanks everyone for the support.

But seriously I don't deserve it.
