Something’s not right

(not actually) Coping with things.

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.

@tyme i told her im not coping and that im still suicidal etc. she said because i have eupd i am only allowed a short admission and it was already too long.

thing is i dont even have eupd!

im frustrated with the mental health system. it feel pointless rn.

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.

Maybe you're doing well to have clarity about what you need @The-red-centaur - hope you can get it outside if not in... so hard

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.

Its not really clarity. That's what my team wanted when they admitted me. I feel done.

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.

Unfortunately, that's the case with EUPD/BPD @The-red-centaur . I only know too well first-hand 😞

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.

Sitting with you @The-red-centaur

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.

@tyme what do you mean by that.

I don't have eupd.

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.

I mean, when people think or believe you have EUPD, then the whole things changes @The-red-centaur .

Hope that makes more sense. Sorry for the confusion

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.

@tyme no worries, I was just confused by the comment. I agree, there's too much stigma around eupd. As soon as that gets thrown in they don't care about anything you say because you're either lying or being manipulative, and care goes out the window.

Re: (not actually) Coping with things.

How do I tell my nurses I'm suicidal without adding to that. I just want them to listen. But I can't even talk coz of my stupid autism.
