I have a new support worker tonight. I don't feel comfortable telling them I'm not ok.

I have a new carer today too. She's nice but urgh...I can't communicate to new people.

I'm not sure. The new staff are stressing me out. 

I'm tired and don't know how to cope at the moment. I had a stressful session with my psychiatrist and home doesn't feel right at the moment.
