My carers ended up sending me to hospital overnight.
Which tbh was pointless. They just told me to be in contact with my community team and sent home.

I feel like the world doesn't want me rn. That I'm too messed up or too hard for it.

I'm sorry you are feeling this way. You are very important and very valid and you have every right to a good life just like anyone else. It's good that you went to the hospital last night but I'm sorry that the experience made you feel like it was pointless.

Are you able to reach out to your carers or the community team today? It sounds like you could do with some one-on-one support right now. @NatureLover thanks my life has improved from where it was years ago. Perth has been overall positive for me. I'm just really depressed at the moment. They took me off most of my meds just over a month due to a change in diagnosis. It's probably not helping thing at the moment. When I see myself psychiatrist tomorrow I'll ask if there is anything that would help.

Today is a little better. I managed to get out for a walk with a support worker this morning. I'm so tired now though. Life feels so hard being this down.
