Hi Everyone, just wanted to let you all be jealous - I'm having a bubble bath with wine and ice cream. 😄
You okay @BlueBay? Can you get some sleeping meds from your doc? Does meditation/relaxation help? Insomnia really sucks. I've had it for years. And people think it's just like having a bad nights sleep.... 😖

@CherryBomb - you live in the blue mountains! Sooo jealous! Walking in the blue mountains.... is one of my happy places. Hopefully in a few years when I have a house deposit together I'll join you up there! 😄

 busy weekend in town this weekend , we have an art show , we were going to put some of hubby`s photography in but we missed out

and also we are having the harvest festival which we have every year

so by sunday Hubby will need a rest day

@Former-Member it lovely up here. I do enjoy living up. It's cold though! I live in my down jacket. Wish I could wear something else for change. 

@utopia I feel ya (see my message above to Bec). 

@BlueBay insomnia is terrible on many levels. Feeling exhausted just feel crap, and it's hard to battle with negative thoughts. Can you do some relaxing that doesn't need much energy?  Maybe watch a movie to distract you from thoughts?

OOOhhhh I just noticed that there's a thunder storm brewing outsides. Just heard the rumble and saw flickers of lightening. I love watching storms. Something very mesmerising about them. I also got the house to myself for the weekend as my partner is away. Loving the alone time actually! Smiley Happy

I think i am going to take a sleeping tablet. i really need something, i can't keep going like this.

I just feel that I am so much in the dumps tonight that I am ruining everyone else's fun, I am sorry. I think I will get off now and just be on my own for a while. don't know what i will do. maybe take my tablet and go to bed, trouble is i am tired but just can't fall to sleep.  i have tried meditation every night this week and it's taking me a long time.  my mind is buzzingn so fast with so much stuff, its racing.

😞 @BlueBay...I find 'delta meditation music' helps re-align my racing brain sometimes..i just Google it, there is one that goes for hours. I'm no good at meditation...but I find sound waves tune my brain out somewhat.
I recall reading your current med's are knocking your sleep about?
So tricky to get combo right, I once did not wake to pick my son up from school once.
Keep a log of how long this is going on, for next psych visit..perhaps note down point from main thought trains.
Definitely sounds like they need altering.
I think listen to your body it knows if the balance isn't right for you. Take care ❤

Hey peeps!

Early dinner was a stir fry, soy ginger garlic honey.  2 minute noodles instead of rice. Got to feed the minions, they're about as noisy as the young magpies that frequent our yard.

Been feeling a bit expansive in my clothes of late, not getting much movement in.  Don't dislike my body, I know better than that these days, but I really dislike certain clothes during times like this. Need to buy jeans to fit these periods of time!

Felt good in rational mind to eat the stir fry instead of the quick convenient stuff lacking in nutrients. But still felt too full. Again,  I am in the world's tightest jeans. Partner approves of my rear end haha.

And after all that, supper is crisps and tim tams. And wine. But I ate my grow food first so it's all good.

@BlueBay , sleep sounds great if that's what you need. But if you need to talk, we don't care about miserable. If this space can't be here for me in moments like that, then what is it for? So here for you! Moan away! Being miserable doesn't always mean we don't want company. I've sat silent in many a busy sociable room before. People that allow that are the best.

Some freaking awesome food happening this evening! Also, do you guys carry SLR's about your person as some of the photography has great depth of field! xx
