I'm hearing you, @Shaz51. Despite my name, I like lots of teas. 😎👌🏻

I think it's something about the mindful ritual of the making as much as the drinking. It's a soothing process and the sitting down and sipping of the tea feels like respite.

It's actually part of an art form in Japan too...um I think it's called wabasabi.
I had a book, don't think I kept it, too many moves, things have become lost.
I did have one teapot. My youngest got to it 😏@shaz51. @Former-Member

Hey @Former-Member! Woman Happy Funny you should say that. I was going to say something along the lines of potentially having been Japanese in a former life, then I thought I might have had that all wrong. Glad you've confirmed it. I imagine the Japanese used tea ceremonies as a brilliant way of centring themselves so they can sustain their strong work ethic.
