Well @MDT I'm looking for a bit of escapism tonight after a crappy week! I'm not really a party person - much more a cafe/movie/read a book type. I wouldn't mind finding a desert bar however. How bout you - what are you up to tonight? I wonder where everyone is? Maybe they are all at another party and we missed the brief

Hi everyone, I hope all my forum friends have had a good week, I have been struggling with my sleeping. I am finding lately that I am getting so anxious about sleeping and I get lots of panic attacks through the night

Hi @frog and @MDT... it is quite tonight but thats alright we can have a dessert bar all to ourselves if no one else is around...hopefully others will be able to join us later.

..can't quite see the hard iced baked ham in there @ rockpool ok plus steaks to order .. its hot here .. 39deg.. am avoiding food today, just makes you hotter. Vague thoughts of non factory pizza 🍕 later but it's usually disappointing.. deep fried oysters and fish from fish shop are likely this weekend 😀
