Heeelllloooooo to everyone else... I'm not hungry just yet so I might just have a taster of everyone's meals and think about desert for you all for a bit later.

Here's a bowl of non-alcoholic orange slush punch, . . . would you like a glass @Zoe7?

@Zoe7 A taster of everyone's meals? Well no double dipping, ok! I have an image of you wandering around taking a bit of everyone's meals as they are eating.
@Former-Member You sounded just like my mum when you said the green bits were the best bits. I was super fussy as a kid (better now, but still not great) and WHATEVER thing I didn't like was somehow ALWAY "the best bit." I liked potatoes but not the skin (apparently the skin is the best bit). I liked meat but not any type of sauce whatsoever (apparently the sauce was the best bit). I liked bread, but not the crusts (apparently the crusts are the best bit). Yep, you sounded just like my mum.
Now, may I please have a bowl of chicken and vege-less soup to go with my chicken and leek-less pie.

Our gain, @Zoe7 I've been unwell for last 10 days and struggling too. The feast is often a good place to have a bit of fun. If only I knew some jokes!
But @Phoenix_Rising being here more than makes up for what I lack in wit. I too was a very picky eater when I was young and still fairly much now too. To be honest, I've always been a bit allergic to green bits myself. But have developed a bit more of a taste over time, not that much. Lol to everything you didn't like being the 'best bits'.

Definitely!
Hi @Former-Member, I hope you are well. I know I have a couple of your posts to respond to on the other thread. It is on my to-do list. I am still trying to figure out the balance of spending time in Forum Land, but not TOO much time. I haven't forgotten though.

Thanks @Mazarita... and a glass would be nice @Former-Member
I thought I'd deliver some chocolate covered strawberries so we can start desert early - but still be a little healthy lol...
