hi @Former-Member I’m new to the forums (after a long time I used to come here years ago) but you welcomed me in an were very friendly and supportive

I hope things are going better for you than they were earlier in the new year

Re: Thankyou

@Former-Member I've been sitting on couch colouring and watching cricket. I just cooking some lunch after finishing my picture i was doing. I'll post it soon. My support hung my washing which was nice,

I'm lucky enough to have 24hr care. It helps.

Re: Thankyou

@Fredd50 welcome back. Thankyou.  I'm still very new here but it's such a nice, supportive and welcoming community.

Things are still incredibly bad for me but I'm trying to just get through each moment as it comes, although some are harder than others. Having people here supporting me and showing that they care has been invaluable for me.

Re: Thankyou

@The-red-centaur that's great that you have that support and I'm glad that you do.

Can't wait to see your picture. What you having for lunch? I'm trying to find the strength to go to the shops but I'm not sure if i have it in me.

Re: Thankyou

Are you still in hospital?

It can be a really difficult environment but it’s also been one where I have been lucky to meet some lovely people

Re: Thankyou

@The-red-centaur yummy mashed potatoes and gravy. If only I had the energy to do something like that at the moment.

I'm not able to eat or drink anything really at the moment. It's been like that for the last few days 😕

Re: Thankyou

@Former-Member random thought. Do you ever get your groceries delivered. I found it easier that way when I've been sick or too mentally unwell to go to the grocery store. It's just a thought. Usually first delivery is free, and then usually $2 or so afterwards.

It might help to have your favourite foods, it might make the thought of consuming anything a little easier.

Re: Thankyou

@The-red-centaur i can't do delivery as I have anxiety over someone else picking my food.

I went to the shops and had a panic attack while I was there. I'm home again now thankfully but that took everything out of me. Now I just feel really dizzy and sick from the heat.

Re: Thankyou

@Former-Member think about it like this: what is worse, the anxiety of the shop and being out, or someone getting it for you?

I'm glad you got out and went to the shos. I'm sorry it exhausted you. Hope you've cooled down and rested a bit.
