I  have had a lot on with son 2 getting a rejection letter from the ADF on medical grounds.  It was his dream to join the Navy.    We are in the process of appealing the letter .   That means he needs to have a whole gamut of medical tests.  Anyway he failed one of the medical  tests which is a bit disappointing.  We find out today from the cardiologist whether he should bother continuing with the appeal.  

I'm still struggling with SH but it's slowly getting better.   My Psychiatrist finally increased my antipsychotic but I'm having the stupidest side effect,  my mouth feels like it's got carpet in it or a hair stuck in my mouth.  

Tonight I have a tie dye night I'm running,  I have been planning it for months.    There will be about 45 kids coming.   I have a lot of stress about today.

@The-red-centaur  It is so good to hear from you. You are one of my favourite people on the forum :). Dont leave it so long next time.  I am going okay. A few ups and downs which I just try to let flow over me like the waves at the beach :). Son2 is doing well which is great just have to get myself together and all will be right.:)

@Angels333  45 kids!!!! omg you are one brave lady :o! I will be thinking of you. Good luck with your son2 I hope it works out for him. It is always disappointing when life doesnt go as planned I know first hand with my son2 ..... it is hard for everyone concerned.

You antipsychotic side effect sounds awful ..... I get dry mouth but nothing like that :o!

I wish I had your strength to let my ups and downs just wash over me. It's such hard work.
I look up to you, you are an amazing person. String and brave.
And it's good to hear about your son.

They started me on new meds last week. It's helping with the voices and calming my thoughts, it's also meant to help with sleep and I'm in a high dose but I only got 3 hours tonight. Hm maybe I'll get more but I don't know.

@The-red-centaur  thank you for the compliments 🙂 always greatly appreciated :). I hope the new meds work out for you. My pdoc has put me on sleeping pills as I wasnt sleeping and she thought I was headed for another manic episode ..... I like being up at midnight  though as I get to meet the other night owls like you, @TAB , @plasmo  etc. 

It is always nice to talk with you and if I am not online when you send a message know I will get back to you soon okay particularly if you are feeling down and stressed.:)
