Good Morning!

Re: Good Morning!

thanks J

@Judi9877

Work is slow.

I have some jazz music on (bill evans) and it's keeping my brain active so that's good

My phone needs fixing (screen is buggered) so I'm figuring out a way to compile my phone data onto pc to transfer across. Talk about laborious lol

Not coping but getting there i suppose

Re: Good Morning!

@MDT @frog I have not been at my best either so did some yoga this morning and the wonderful energy vibe has carried across.  I watched it online from the folks at Life Force Academy.  They did a free recording today on the full moon with an amazing talk. Glad I did the class, its keeping me sane when none of my fallback strategies were effective at dealing with the way I was feeling.

Thank you @ShiningStar for your message - heartwarming Smiley Happy

@Former-MemberI'm glad yoga helped. I have to really push myself to do it, but it can transform my day - often brings down my anxiety and then I can make better decisions.

Thanks for the reminder re meditation @Judi9877 I'm in lockdown, along with many millions, and meditation is like a mini break sometimes.

Wishing everyone a peaceful evening.

Re: Good Morning!

@TAB Sorry to hear about the clots in your lungs. Good they found them and started running tests etc. Thyroid can be managed with medication normally.

I have had 2 clot episodes. 1 in leg. 1 in arm. And then 2 strokes which did a bit of damage to my brain. Bugger. .yes I gave up alcohol completely for 4 months. Then the next year I had maybe 4 or 5 drinks for the year. Now I just have an occassional drink when I feel like one. But I only have 1.

I also stopped drinking Coke and now drink Coke no sugar. I have gone from a huge size 22 down to a size 16. That took about 17 months.

I started eating better after getting type 2 Diabetes. I have done so well with my diet and lifestyle changes that I no longer take Diabetes medicine and blood sugar is perfect.

Well done on quitting the smoking. That is brilliant. I have tried the patches and lozenges and am now trying a tablet. So far, hasnt helped.

Where do you think you will go next if you want to move from the country.

Re: Good Morning!

thats no good with clots @utopia  I used to drink like 10 litres of coke a week ok as mixers , have changed drinks so no coke but have got way bigger

Well done with the better eating. I did one lot pills supposed to help stop smoking, but used patches in the end, then read up on it and got myself off patches after a few weeks

yeah dont know, have to able to afford to live wherever it is so prob have to be working. think am pretty much done with what have been doing, so need some sort of career change.

I guess one way of looking at it is should be somewhere closer to a hospital. Everything medical takes so much longer to get done in the country seems
