Thank you so much for sharing. Tonight i was scared because i had thoughts of suicide so
I downloaded the App and sent a copy of my plan to my fiance.

Hi @Eden1919, have you read this thread? Do you have the 'beyond now' app on your phone. Beyond Blue put it out to help us help ourself when feeling too close to the edge. Hope you can get some good sleep tonight, fall asleep with a quiet movie maybe. Take care
