@The-red-centaur such strong and powerful words. And it's so much how i feel right now. I hope you are doing ok?

 

@Spirit_Healer such beautiful and inspiring words and it makes me want to believe so much that things can be different than the daily struggles that we battle through.

@Former-Member i awoke this morning. I don't know if I am ok. 5am coffee. Maybe it will help me feel more alive. This year hasn't started so well. But I guess it can just go up from there. 

 

@Spirit_Healer thanks for those words. The dawn brings new hope, like you said. Maybe things will ease a little today.

@The-red-centaur I'm sitting with you. I'm still stuck in hospital so my year has really not started off well. I've had all of a few hours sleep as everytime I manage to sleep i wake up having a full on panic attack. I'm here if you need to chat, I do hope your day and year gets better for you. One foot in front of the other, baby steps and you will get through this.

@Former-Member i hope things ease for you too. I hope you manage some sleep and can get some rest. It is hard when that happens. 

For me, I don't sleep much. I can't sleep more that 2 hours at a time, my body wakes a lot. According my watch I slept 6 and a bit hours. Doesn't really feel like it though. 

 

Sundays I do housework. I don't feel like it, but I stick to my routine. Keeping busy with that will at least get me out of my head.

@The-red-centaur I've had just over 3 hours sleep. I've had 3 panic attacks since midnight so I'm exhausted not physically and mentally. I sleep for about 10-30 minutes at a time so I'm really not getting proper rest. 

 

Sometimes even when you get a decent amount of sleep it still doesn't feel like it's enough and that's so incredibly frustrating. 

 

Keeping to routine is always helpful and can keep the mind distracted. Take it easy and get some rest in between doing things.

@The-red-centaur I'm trying but my body is still in a state of panic so I'm very much in fight or flight mode.
