I was really triggered by something I found on an old flash stick that I thought was empty. It was of one of my paedophiles. ...I just can't do things rn. 

I tried to stay in class by my internal dialogue and stress is so fking high. I just left. I can't do it. 

I have to train home now. None of my supports are answering. I'm so out of it.

Needing to leave class early sounds completely understandable. Will there be anyone there when you get home?
