Thanks for the support yesterday. We are sorry we wasn't great at communication. And letting anyone know what was going on. managed to stay safe and get through the really tough day and ended up sleeping most the might. had to get some meds early this morning but fell back to sleep thanks to them.
We'll wait and see what today brings and do the best we can with what we've got.

I hope your day's go ok too. Do your best, that's all that's asked of us and sometimes our best can fluctuate due to circumstances but that is ok, as long as we don't give up trying.

Hi @Anastasia  am a bit ordinary,aches and feeling off last few days, am warm and dry though I guess. Keep thinking I will wake up feeling better the next day and well not really

I hear you. I hope tomorrow is different. Perhaps a warm bath with salts? I always find they help. I'm ok. Just an easy day today catching up on things here. Things had got pretty out of hand with my chores but today I am grateful to be attending to some of them. My boy has his support worker so I can breathe 🙂
