Lol they've taken me off one to one ...I wasn't safe with it so they thought it's pointless and reinforces the behaviours.

Hey @The-red-centaur I just wanted to drop in and let you know I'm not doing great at the moment, a bit consumed with my own issues right now. But I'm thinking of you, and when I'm in a better headspace I'll check in with you again. I hope you can find some strength to hold on. I really hope you do. You've come too far to give up now. Be patient and kind to yourself for me, ok?

Hey I just want to give both of you hugs tonight. I hear you @The-red-centaur I'm so sorry you are in so much pain. I've been in hospital today and the pain there oh boy. Tomorrow is a new day, don't go anywhere. The world is a better place with you in it, I promise 🙏
