Wow, @greenpea, all that running. Was that at night or day, or both? Sounds cathartic running like that until you can't do it anymore. I've only got into jogging once in my life, after my marriage broke up and I basically ran and did anything I could to keep ahead of the chaos.

@The-red-centaur, really sorry about the heart problems. Many of us do take strong meds with very tricky side effects. I can't run these days because my legs have packed iat in on that. Don't think I'll ever run again.

@Mazarita Hmmm ... interesting you said you were running ahead of the chaos of a broken marriage etc. because yes for me it was running ahead of the madness of my life had become with my son etc. Now I would like to pick it up again to get the weight off me and be in control over that part of myself. 

@The-red-centaur Damn pills take so much from us and yet we have untilmately no choice. I also am sorry they have taken such a toll on you The-red-centaur.
