Re: A long rave

Good morning @eth@Teej@CheerBear@outlander@Mazarita@Exoplanet@greenpea

as well as any others about this morning...

Sleep seems to be elusive to most of us at varying times...

my lack of large blocks of sleep is menacing my motivation today...

It is the group meeting that I have been to twice....35 minute drive on the freeway each way...

this morning there are very strong winds and there are often road trains zooming past me during my travels...

My anxiety is high just getting there on a mild day...

I am going to wait and see if the wind drops...

get ready anyway...

Pushing myself to go out is starting to show some positive results within myself...

I am managing to keep the dreaded depression in the background...

I have rambled on about myself...

Eth I hope that you have some more clarification from your new support team very soon...

The very people who are meant to be trained in this area do not seem to get the fact that people who need help struggle with sudden cancellations....Why is that so hard to understand? It is respect...let alone support in itself turning up...

Outlander am hoping that the day will settle a little for you...

Teej...your plan is a great one..I can imagine you beaming at how much you achieved....I wish for you that this continues to be of great help...might try something simillar myself...

Cheerbear good luck with NDIS stages...I know that Eth has and will continue to  be of great help there...

Exoplanet...hoping that the erection of the fence is continuing as you want it to....without any further hiccups....

Mazarita...I hope that you medication starts to settle within your system and work at it's best potential for you...

Greenpea...I did see you in the background with a like...That is lovely to see you there...You are safe there and looking after you which we all have to do ....Some days we do not need to express words...or have the  energy or motivation to check in with others...this is also nothing for you to worry about...every single person on here understands and has been there...so no guilt please...we will read your words when you are ready...take care xx

Cheers for getting out of bed this morning....breathing....hopefully smiling  Cat HappyHeart

ps...forgive the not continual tagging...too hard at the moment xx

Re: A long rave

Hi everyone Smiley Happy

@CheerBear, a solid chunk of five hours sleep, great. Great too you can feel it's a better day. I heard some birds outside my bedroom window around 6am. Nice sounds to hear before sleeping.

@Teej, your new avatar is gorgeously mesmeric, love those deep purple waves. Awesome that your 15/15 system works so well! I know that great feeling when things are clean and sparkly. Wonderful you are feeling more human.

@outlander, hope today flows well and that your body is kind to you.

@eth, so sorry you are currently in limbo with support services. Hope sil and bro are okay and understanding about it.

@Sophia1, hope the wind has eased and you are able to make it to your group. Great that depression is being kept at bay.

@Exoplanet, fantastic you have the first roll of netting almost done. I've almost done that with my glasses too. Luckily they survived unscathed (they were over $400!). I now have a rule that I don't put them on the bed, which is where I'm most likely to sit on them. Looking forward to the images when they come through.

Hope it's an okay day for all.

Re: A long rave

Afternoon everyone โ˜บ

Woohoo @Teej! I too love that 15/15 idea! It's great to hear you're feeling a bit more positive today also - i hope it sticks around for you. The art thingy I am doing is through a group for women who've experienced family violence. I don't really like the other part of it (the FV part - you know the whole purpose of it and stuff haha ๐Ÿ˜‰) but I do love the arty bit and getting to know some of the women there. It's only one term long though. When I get the NDIS (miss positive pants today says 'when' not 'if') I'll be trying to find art therapy somewhere somehow as I find it so therapeutic. I hope you have a chance to try it and you find it helpful also โ˜บ

@Sophia1 hugs for your tricky sleep and your anxiety. It's great to hear you're seeing some positive results within yourself though. Little gentle steps add up.

@Exoplanet once again your colourful moving happy message made me smile ๐Ÿ˜Š Go you with the netting!

๐Ÿ‘‹ and โค @Mazarita @Faith-and-Hope @eth and @outlander

I had a win with the NDIA today (not quite there yet but getting there!), made a plan with the chiro to address some issues I have with my spine and back and he's really optimistic I can see some changes soon-ish, and I had a really helpful venty spill session with my mental health worker this morning. I'm now sitting in the sunshine with a cup of tea enjoying the good day feelings before I head off to pick up the little crew. It's peaceful.

Hope it's one of the OK/good ones for all โ˜บ

Re: A long rave

Hi @CheerBear you said it was going to be a good day and im so glad it has turned out to be ๐Ÿ™‚
My chiro done wonders for my back, took about 5 months though but was well worth it.

Gotta head off too to pick up sisters then horses before taking them home. Catch you later ๐Ÿ’—
